When and where is ConverXion MY 2026?

Thursday, 15 October 2026 in Ballroom B, Level 2, Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral — 5 Jalan Stesen Sentral, KL Sentral, 50470 Kuala Lumpur. Registration opens at 08:30 and the networking reception runs into the evening.

How much is a pass, and what does it include?

The ConverXion Pass is RM 499 per person. Groups of three or more pay RM 429 each, and a table of ten is RM 3,990. Every pass includes the full programme, one roundtable, lunch, refreshments, session materials and the networking reception. Prices exclude SST.

Why is attendance reviewed?

Ballroom B seats 280 theatre-style and we cap delegate numbers well below that so the room stays useful. In 2025, 70%+ of attendees were C-level, Director or Head of Department. We do not issue passes to vendors attending purely to prospect — sponsorship exists for that.

Can I transfer or refund my pass?

Names can be transferred to a colleague free of charge up to 1 October 2026. Passes are non-refundable, but if you cannot attend and cannot send a replacement, write to us and we will credit the value against the next edition.

Will sessions be recorded?

Main-stage keynotes are recorded and shared with attendees afterwards. Roundtables are off the record so participants can be candid about what did not work.

How do I get to the venue?

Aloft sits directly above KL Sentral. From KLIA the KLIA Ekspres takes 28 minutes to KL Sentral with no transfer. LRT, MRT, KTM Komuter and the monorail all connect at the same interchange, and the hotel has parking for drivers.

Is there an attendee room rate?

Yes. A room block at Aloft KL Sentral is held for delegates travelling from outside the Klang Valley. The booking code is sent with your confirmation email.

What language is the programme in?

All sessions run in English. Networking, as ever in Kuala Lumpur, runs in whatever gets the point across fastest.

How is this different from ConverXion ID?

ConverXion launched in Indonesia and expanded into Malaysia. Both editions are presented by Mimin and share a programme spine, with locally sourced speakers, case studies and regulatory context.

Who runs ConverXion?

ConverXion is convened by Mimin, the conversational AI platform used by businesses across Southeast Asia to run customer conversations on WhatsApp and other channels. The programme is curated independently of Mimin's commercial roadmap.
